About Biz Elevate

A growth partner built the way founders actually need one.

Not an agency that stops at the campaign. Not a consultancy that stops at the deck. A single team responsible for whether the business moves.

The Biz Elevate team at work

Our story

Where this came from

The team working through a client problem

Biz Elevate started with a pattern we kept seeing. Capable founders, workable ideas, real customers — and a business held back by something entirely outside the thing they were good at.

A restaurant with queues at the door and no idea which dishes lost money. A services firm on its third agency in two years because nobody had ever fixed the offer. A promising product registered under a structure that made its first funding round twice as hard as it needed to be.

In every case the missing piece was the same: no one was looking at the whole business. Each specialist did their part correctly and the sum of the parts still did not work.

So we built the thing we kept wishing existed — advisory, brand, finance, compliance, hiring and growth under one roof, with one team accountable for the result rather than the deliverable.

How we work

Four things we will not trade away.

Every firm has values on a wall. These are the ones that cost us money often enough to be real.

01

Say the difficult thing early

A founder who hears an honest 'this will not work' in month one has lost a week. One who hears it in month eighteen has lost the business. We would rather be uncomfortable than agreeable.

02

Fix the constraint, not the symptom

Low enquiries are rarely a marketing problem. Thin margin is rarely a cost problem. We spend the first weeks finding the thing that is actually binding, because everything downstream depends on getting that right.

03

Own the outcome, not the ticket

The brief is never really 'run these ads' or 'file this return'. It is 'make this business work'. We hold ourselves to the second version, which occasionally means doing work nobody asked us for.

04

Leave the business stronger than the engagement

Systems, documentation and clarity stay with you. If our leaving would break something, we have not finished building it.

Who we work with

Three kinds of founder

A founder we work with

The one who has not started

An idea, some savings and a lot of conflicting advice. You need someone to tell you honestly whether the numbers work before you commit — and how to set it up properly if they do.

The one who is growing but blind

Revenue is coming in and nobody can say which parts are profitable. You need instrumentation, margin discipline and a growth engine you can actually forecast.

The one who is stuck

The business runs, but it has stopped moving — flat sales, thin margins, a team that is not delivering. You need a diagnostic and someone willing to work the problem with you.

If you do not recognise yourself in any of these, tell us anyway. The discovery call costs nothing, and we will say plainly if we are not the right fit.

Next step

Tell us where the business is stuck.

One conversation is usually enough to know whether we can help. If we cannot, we will point you to someone who can.
